Introduction

The prosperity of Sanzhong Bihua Cloth Street started in the 70s; but after the 80s, the garment industry of Taiwan started withering which impacted the cloth street greatly. However, in recent years, thanks to the effort of the young generation, the slowly declining industry has been revitalized. With Bihua's spirit of "Cloth Ox" striving to do better, the creativity and vitalities of the young generation are combined with the industry, daily life creativity as well as leisure sightseeing. "2012 Cloth Wins, Crazy yet Splendid - The Halloween Carnival" is the result of the effort. The activity is aimed to create a new era for the cloth street via the dynamic museum centered on Cloth Street.

1. Trick or Treat

Kids dressed in different costumes interact with people in stores on Bihua Street to construct a happy Halloween atmosphere together.

2. Bihua Cloth Street Halloween Carnival

The organizer would like to invite parents and kids, people in the local community as well as street performers to engage in interactive performances. Meanwhile, Creative Halloween Costumes Competition, Playing with "Cloth" DIY Activity, family fun games as well as children's theater are available to the public.
