About the activity
1. The Kite Flying Show: Hundreds of professional kite flyers from abroad are participating: Japan, Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia, and Macau and professional kite flying groups from Taiwan will compete and share their experience. With thousands of kites flying up in the sky, the sky of the north coast is just splendid. The show includes wide kite shows, traditional kite shows, kite surfing and candy kites.
2. Kite Flying Competition: Rokaku competition is a traditional competition from ancient times. The contestants are all participating in this year's kite flying shows. This competition not only enriches and spices up the festival, but also attracts media coverage that will bring the public focus on the kite competition.
3. The Kite DIY Activity: This activity allows the public to make kites themselves and to learn from professional kite makers up close in person to add more in-depth fun to the trip.
4. Agricultural Fair: Shimen rice dumplings, seaweed jellies and seafood at Kifun Fishing Port are mouth-watering. There are stands of agricultural products on the scene of the activities to enable the public to fully experience the festival with five senses while promoting north coast agricultural products by combining the products and their related industries.
