"Art Museum and Cultural and Creative Industry Park> in National Taiwan University of Arts was opened to the public on March 24th, 2008. Under the concept of "Museums professionally shape features of arts universities and, with academia, international exchange is enhanced", the university hopes, by combining its missions of academia, professionalism, culture and the exchange with the experience of industrial and academic departments , the goals of achieving new inspiration, promoting art education and nurturing more artistic talents are achieved. The combination of culture, art, creativity and industry has become the latest trend. Currently, there are 4 workshops and 3 innovation workshops established by innovation training centers. It not only provides a place for exchange, but also a chance for the students to cultivate culturally and practice further. Hopefully, in the process of learning and practicing, traditional art and modern industrial trends are further integrated to inspire new ideas that center on creativity to infuse new ideas to the creative industry of Taiwan.

Lin Family Mansion is formerly known as Banqiao Villa. It is the best well-preserved garden construction left in Taiwan now. The internal layout of the mansion is the traditional Chinese garden with numerous features of pavilions and towers. It took around 40 years to complete. Just imagine! How majestic this project was! The layout of the mansion is meticulous and perfectly proportioned. It was built with precious Taiwan camphor trees, exhibiting the wealth and splendor of a wealthy family. The Lin Family Mansion and garden is majestic with a pavilion every 3 steps and a building every 5 steps. The splendid landscapes are mesmerizing. The decorations such as patterned windows and carved beams are exquisite and extravagant. Walking in the garden, red lanterns are highly hung, the small bridge is surrounded by plants and water is running beneath it. Each brick and tile represents the glory it once had. The elegant garden construction is of complicated landscape arrangements, making the mansion more than just a dwelling but a place for spending time leisurely and relaxing. In a city filled with high-rise buildings, it shoulders a mission for culture inheritance and art cultivation.

<435 Art Zone> Walking into 435 Art Zone is as if walking into the Shangrila of Banqiao. Originally it's an art zone of the training center for Veteran Accountants. In recent years, after being renovated by the township office, its preliminary landscape and beautification are complete. 435 Art Zone is in the south while the Lin Family Mansion and Garden in the north looking at each other, the Chinese-style and western-style architecture make an interesting contrast. The courtyard next to the fountain is filled with white small stones, as if paved with snow if looking from the distance. In the center of the dream-like platform arranged like a fairy tale is a hall of ancient Greek-style columns and the only domed library. The mixture of modern and retro artistic allures, either under the sunshine at dawn or bathed in lights in the evening, are mesmerizing. The various sized exhibition rooms are provided to exhibit artworks by domestic and international artists. Occasionally, great shows are available in the big theater. Such a leisure and secluded space in hustling and bustling Taipei is truly hard to resist.
